REFUND, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Lean-Life Functional Medicine LLC (“LLFM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants customers to clearly understand the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms that apply when purchasing a consultation through our website.
This policy applies primarily to LLFM's paid consultation appointments, including the current $27 consultation. Separate programs, services, laboratory packages, or other offerings may have their own refund and cancellation terms provided at the time of enrollment or purchase.
$27 CONSULTATION FEE
The $27 consultation fee reserves your appointment time with Lean-Life Functional Medicine LLC and covers the consultation service you purchase.
Payment is required as part of the appointment booking process.
The $27 consultation fee applies only to the consultation unless LLFM expressly states otherwise in writing.
Purchasing or completing a consultation does not obligate you to enroll in any additional LLFM program or service.
RESCHEDULING WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS' NOTICE
We understand that schedules sometimes change.
If you need to change your appointment and provide LLFM with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time, you may reschedule your consultation without paying another $27 consultation fee.
Your original payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
Please use the rescheduling method provided in your appointment confirmation or contact LLFM for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS' NOTICE
If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and do not wish to reschedule, you may request a refund of the $27 consultation fee.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending upon the payment processor and financial institution.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are generally non-refundable.
However, LLFM understands that unexpected circumstances can occur.
At LLFM's discretion, a client who contacts us regarding an unexpected circumstance may be permitted to reschedule the consultation one time without paying an additional consultation fee.
This courtesy is not guaranteed and will depend upon the circumstances.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and have not contacted LLFM in advance to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
The $27 consultation fee is non-refundable for a no-show.
If you would like to schedule another consultation after a no-show, a new consultation fee will generally be required.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please make reasonable efforts to attend your consultation at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, LLFM may conduct the consultation using the remaining scheduled appointment time when reasonably possible.
If the delay is substantial enough that the consultation cannot reasonably be completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Whether an additional consultation fee is required will be determined based upon the circumstances.
IF LLFM MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
Occasionally, LLFM may need to change an appointment because of illness, emergency, technical difficulties, scheduling issues, or other circumstances.
If LLFM must reschedule your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to offer another appointment time without an additional consultation fee.
If LLFM cancels the appointment and we are unable to provide a reasonable rescheduling option, you may request a full refund of the consultation fee.
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
LLFM consultations may be provided virtually.
If significant technical problems prevent the consultation from occurring or being reasonably completed, LLFM will generally attempt to reschedule the appointment without an additional consultation fee.
Technical difficulties will be handled reasonably based upon the circumstances, including whether the issue involves LLFM's systems, the client's equipment or internet connection, or a third-party technology provider.
PROGRAM-SPECIFIC REFUND POLICIES
This website policy primarily governs consultation appointments purchased through LLFM.
LLFM's educational and wellness programs, laboratory packages, coaching programs, memberships, or other services may have separate refund, cancellation, payment, and termination provisions.
Those terms may be contained in a program description, checkout terms, enrollment agreement, service agreement, or other written agreement presented in connection with the specific purchase.
When a separate written agreement or program-specific refund policy applies to a particular program or service, that program-specific policy governs refunds and cancellations for that purchase.
The $27 consultation refund provisions described on this page should not be interpreted as applying to subsequent program enrollments or other purchases.
